Flamingos and Honey is first and foremost, a Florida bakery. Based in Cape Coral, we create familiar treats with the care and creativity of a trained pastry chef. Everything is handcrafted in small batches with quality ingredients, celebrating seasonal flavors and sourcing locally whenever possible.

You’ll find us at Southwest Florida farmers markets, sharing cookies, cakes and sweet treats with our community. We also welcome orders for local pickup and delivery, from a few cookies to brighten your week to a cake for a special celebration. A portion of our proceeds supports Florida communities.

Florida native and owner, Lorena Inostroza, is a classically trained Pastry Chef with a degree from the Florida Culinary Institute. After working at prominent restaurants along Florida’s east coast and serving as Executive Pastry Chef in Miami, she returned to her first love, home baking. Today, Lorena brings her experience to every batch, creating comforting treats with a special touch because anything is possible with a good cookie!
